Online Services

Telehealth services for rehab coaching or online fitness and performance coaching. This is a great option if you have limited time to travel or live outside the Seattle area.

Dr. Beth Ansley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and CrossFit Level 3 Trainer at CrossFit Twenty Pound Hammer located in Seattle, WA. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma.

Beth has extensive knowledge working with the CrossFit and Weightlifting population, as well as, pregnancy and postpartum athletes, orthopedic injuries, and guiding those new to fitness training. She has a unique treatment style, combining the use of hands-on manual therapy techniques, corrective movement patterns, and progressive exercise, to help you move better, get stronger and achieve your goals.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Beth traveling, hiking, sailing, trying new restaurants and breweries, or lifting at her local CrossFit gym.
